These terms govern your use of the Conarium website (conarium.dev), the free design-partner pilot programme, and the Conarium software. By using them you agree to what follows. The service is operated by Emek Can Doğru, trading as Conarium.
Conarium is a self-hosted governance layer that sits between AI assistants and your data. The website provides information and an in-browser demo. The design-partner pilot is a free, time-boxed programme offered to a limited number of teams in exchange for feedback.
The Conarium software is provided under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify and self-host it accordingly. Because it runs on your own infrastructure, you are responsible for how you deploy, configure and operate it — including your policy configuration and what data you allow it to reach.
Conarium is early-stage, pre-1.0 software. It is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It is one layer of defence-in-depth, not a guarantee that no data will ever be exposed. Do not rely on it as your sole safeguard; keep your existing database permissions, access controls and security review in place. See the honest limitations in the technical docs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and consistent with the MIT License, Conarium and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use of the website, the pilot or the software. The free pilot is provided at no charge and on a best-effort basis.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: the product is self-hosted and we never see your data.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change and material changes affecting the pilot will be communicated to participants. Either side may end a pilot at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions: e.dogru@conarium.dev.
